How long are the tapes ? The sew in tapes are 95mm long and are designed to be folded in half before sewing - The font size and layout will be adjusted to make the name as large as possible in the available space.

 

Iron on labels are 15mm x 50mm

 

How durable are the name tapes?

Both Iron-On and sew in products will withstand many 40°C washes without washing off and are designed to last the lifetime of the garment.

 

Can I pay by cheque ? Yes we can accept cheques but only for UK orders, please use the mail order form, post your tape/label requirements along with a cheque made payable to "Carelabels.co.uk" to the address on the form.

 

Do you offer discount for larger orders ? Yes for orders of 10 sets and above delivered to a single address please contact us for a quote.

 

Can accents be included above letters e.g. ó ? At presnt PayPal can't handle this detail but we can print these if you use the mail order form to order.

 

Do you offer an "express service" ? No all our orders are dispatched same day or next day via Royal Mail first class mail to the UK and Air Mail overseas.

 

Can i order over the phone ? No due to the accuracy in spelling required we prefer to receive orders in writing only please.

 

Can i order by fax ? Sorry not at present, we dont process your credit card details locally, this is processed securely by Payal.
